Virtual Classes

How do I sign up for virtual classes?

  • Classes can be found under the Book Online section of the website. You may sign up for one class at a time. Classes will be the same days and times each week. Unfortunately, you can NOT sign up for a bundle of classes at once. Each class requires a separate transaction.

  • When you sign up for a class, you will be directed to a payment page. You can pay through your PayPal account or through a credit/debit card. No matter how many classes you enroll for, payment for all classes ordered will be pulled on the day you pay.

How do I pay for virtual classes?

How do I find the zoom link for the class(es)?

  • All information for Zoom links including payment, Pro Shop Orders, etc. can be found under your personal login. Making an account is mandatory! You will receive an e-mail confirmation after signing up for class(es). I will send out an e-mail on the morning of classes to confirm the Zoom Code(s) for classes of that day.

What if I need to cancel a class?

  • You, the customer, are in charge of canceling your classes. Please make sure you have created an account. Your classes will be present on the account, and you will simply click the cancel button if desired. 

how will I know if chc cancels a class?

  • Cat Haley Cheerleading is subject to cancel any virtual classes at any time. Though this is rare, if this happens,  you will be notified directly through e-mail. Please contact Cat directly at 1-207-576-9621 in the event this happens. You will be reimbursed directly if CHC cancels a class.

Do you offer refunds for classes?

  • Refunds are available up to 2 hours before the class begins. You are responsible for canceling your class. You will be charged if you are absent to class. Credits will no longer be given.

my athlete is a beginner. Are your classes great for all abilities?

  • Yes! My mission is to make sure my classes are easily modifiable to all ages and abilities. All stretches are conducted by research and experience. All athletes will feel safe and confident in virtual sessions.

What should we bring to virtual class?

  • Proper cheer shoes, water, any type of yoga or panel mat, access to a doorway and a bed, chair or couch.

What if we can't make it to your virtual classes?

  • I offer "Replay Classes" throughout the week. These are great for athletes with busy schedules or different time-zones. These can be found at cathaleycheerleading.com/plans-pricing . 

can I get on a waitlist?

  • Yes! A 10 person waitlist is available for each class. If the class is full, Wix will direct you to their app. You can only sign-up for the waitlist through the app.

Tell me more about coaches training.

  • Coaches training is completely customizable to your needs. FaceTime, Zoom or phone calls are available for individual coach needs or program needs. Flexibility, strength, tumbling, jumps, practice plans, business coaching, tryout assistance, etc. Whatever you need, I can assist.

  • Choreography is completely customizable to your needs. All pricing information can be found under Services: Travel Services. International travel is available!

What do you offer for clinics and camps?

  • Clinics and camps are completely customizable to your needs. Stunting, baskets, tumbling, jumps, flexibility, etc. Whatever you need, I can assist.
